I would say around 9k at a sale right now as cattle are cheap and usually machinery is cheap too.

I agree. This is the golden time for people to invest in updating their machinery from estate and dispersal auctions.

Last 2 auctions I went to things were selling for more than I could buy them for any day of the week at a dealer or private sale. I went figuring cheap cattle and corn so equip may be affordable..... not the case at all.

Saw one go for about $7K last month. Last two sales I have been to have been soft.
