Continued prayers are appreciated.

Thank you.

Thankful you & your family are okay! Everything else can be fixed or replaced and eventually you move on - but you never get over the surreal destruction of a natural disaster. Sending prayers for the long haul.

Dash, when things seem to be getting the best of you just remember Job. After his hardships he was blessed with twice as much the second go around.
Prayers and well wishes to you, yours, and many others.

Continued thoughts from here also. Is there anything any one of us can do that can't make a trip down there? How did the cattle do with the hurricane?

Mine made it fine, they ended up in my hay field which was the best place because it is high tensile wire .just had to cut trees off and add a couple tpost and back in business. I do know I saw a neighbors bull crushed under a tree . I do not know if he was the only one or not.

Glad your cattle are okay! Sorry to hear about your neighbors bull - you just never know.

Really glad your cattle made it okay and sorry for your neighbor and moreso for his poor bull. Next will be the long tedious tasks of the barns, inventory, what can be salvaged, repaired, replaced, etc. I feel for the insurance agents, they will be run ragged for awhile, and no matter your feeling on them, they will have suffered losses along with all of you "clients" , as well as feeling the suffering of their clients. Good luck with that. Hoping you will be able to get some power back soon.

I saw a lot of things down there that made me feel horrible for the people that were experiencing it.

However, I did not feel sorry for an insurance agent.
