When I worked in the banking business, as some banks/financial institutions don't like to loan on mobile homes, but it was more about the buyer.

We usually went by the 5 c's and a good down payment.

Local bank(s) would be the best chance. Majority of major mortgage companies won't even entertain the idea.

Goggle led me to several lenders that do mobile/manufactured homes. That's the best I got for you.
