Maybe behind the times CB, but I remember hearing to watch the cheap imported stuff for corrosives in the primer/powder.

May apply more to rifle, but just the same.

Never fired a .410 in my life, but guys used to say you could load a 30/30 in them??

ALX
If it isn't Scottish - it's CRAP!! ( Does not apply to CAB ).

I wanted one of those when I first saw them. Love the look of the gun itself and I love my 410.
I just can't stomach the price, if you can even find the gun for sale.

The folks that have one will not come off them.

You are in luck. For $1200 I can deliver one to your door tonight in either the 26" or the shorter packer model. For an extra $1800 you can own the rare 9417 to go with it.
My thoughts only, don't bet the farm on them. KT

Thanks for the offer and that is a good price on both, as I remember after Winchester went under prices went crazy. I would love to have one, but can't see putting that in a safe queen. That 9417 is few and far between. I have a 9422 and a 9422 mag. that i really like. I will keep that in mind as I just bought a 11-87 Remington.

Got an Ithaca Model 66 I will let go for less than that. It’s a lever gun.

Of course I was joking.
There is not enough money to buy it.
It was Dads coon hunting rifle.

I remember some of the old guys using a 410 to shoot a coon. Not sure why they didn't use a 22 but the lights sure wasn't very good then either.
