Getting them warm definitely helps. If you want to be sure that they stay on, we also put tag glue ( Kamar) or the kind that auction yards use on tags. They almost always stay on. Also put pressure starting from the middle and squeeze them out to eliminate air pockets and get good contact all over.

Gus looks really nice to me. We just about pulled the trigger on his son Landmark at Beef 360. Gus is one of the best proven PAP bulls out there and his progeny seem to have good depth and shape for a CE Bull.

We bred a bunch of our heifers to Stellar and his son Resilient this Spring. The Stellars seemed to have better conception than the Resilients. We bred our heifers to Sitz Accomplishment last year and his calves are pretty nice and Calving Ease was really good on heifers.

This is pretty spot on.We have calves out of all of these Sires as well with the exception on Rainfall. We have had the most consistentcy with Raindance. We really like Resource and Renown’s as well. The Raindances are probably my favorite. But they are all good in different ways.

We own his dam, and most everything we’ve flushed her or bred her to has turned out really nice. She is extremely long and a medium to larger framed. Seen some really nice ones at Coleman’s sale. They didn’t have many but were really nice.

Emblem looks really promising. Shiefelbein Attractive sure produces nice calves. I really like his son Showman. We will probably try to sample SAV Emblem, use some America to flush and use our remaining U-2 Coalition. We also will use Sitz Accomplishment again if his calves look nice this Spring

Nice, we’ve used those bulls before. Nothing wrong with having live calves. You will be giving up lbs at weaning if used on cows, but those Bulls make good replacements.
