    New bull time

Please don’t pick from that lot Murray. Surely there are better bulls than those in your price range.

    Some of TEAM sale today

Nice. My neighbour’s estate is selling pairs next week. I’m hearing they could go $4-$5,000. I wouldn’t mind buying 10 pairs for sentimental reasons, and there might actually be a business case for it as well.

A ways to green grass yet.

Looking good. We have enough green grass that the cows spend the day trying to graze it and seem to go to feed as a last resort. I find they always seem to lose condition this time of year for that reason.

    Marijuana

When I still worked in the patch the company I worked for would send out the dogs every so often. I was often surprised at who they would pick out. The policy was that if the dogs pointed out a worker he/she had 24 hrs to show up with a clean drug test. My problem with the whole drug testing...

    Marijuana

I have a hard time believing that a report showing remnants of pot in a driver’s system is proof that the person was under the influence. Probably more than 15% of Americans use pot at least once a month. If 15% of drivers involved in fatal crashes were found to have pot in their system and they...

    Marijuana

I find it quite incredible that there are people out there that consider the use of pot to be less acceptable than the use of alcohol.

    Zebra

Probably related to the fact that like here in Canada, the letter Z is pronounced zed, not zee. Still takes me a second to figure out what car someone is talking about when they say ‘zee 28’ rather than ‘zed 28’.

Nicely done! And imagine, the heavier the animal the more $ per head. Crazy.

    Bad luck keeps on coming

Odd. I would bet that airports / hangars etc would require some sort of minimum liability insurance. I would if I owned an airstrip or hangar. Every aircraft owner that is registered in Canada or registered to operate in Canada must hold liability insurance, including both public & passenger...

    Bad luck keeps on coming

I’d be damn*d if I’d be using my insurance for an airplane issue. I would like to think any damage caused by an airplane would be covered by the airplane’s insurance. I can’t imagine they would be flying around uninsured.
