    Show steer prices

I absolutely agree with you but I hate the format of the online sales and a lot of people putting them on didn’t breed the cattle. I perfer to deal with the breeder that knows their genetics. They should be able to tell me what they will look like at the end. I know some fall apart but if you...

That’s a jersey that is going to be the replacement to her momma to be a nurse cow. Best investment we made was getting a nurse cow.

    make it simple feed ration

I only feed our show cattle twice a day 12 hours apart I think you get a little bit more ADG this way but everything else we feed once a day. We are feeding a 14% feed of about 1 bucket (25 pounds) I like to add cracked corn at about 8 pounds to that the last 60 days. Keep on good hay to help...

We processed one 18 month old with no issues but this one is a few hundred pounds more and few months older. I suspect he will be leaner and...

Hope they are ready by butcher date…

Awesome job. I shoot for an 750 to 800 pound carcass too. So yours fit right in there. They looked great with enough fat based on there frame too. I have ate a lot of young bulls and they are just fine and you can’t tell a difference.
