I never said that I had any proof,but I have not had to spray my cows for flies this summer.And 1 gal of Apple Cider Vinegar is only $4.29 per gal.

I have no proof for this,but I put a gallon of Apple Cider Vinegar in 250 gal water trough every week for 11 cows ,and my cows look great, very few flies,they are on grass ,and very little feed, about 5 gal 10% feed 2 times a week.Cows drink the water very well.Thought I would share this with...

The heat in South Georgia is awful ,upper 90`s every day.cows are not very fat now.They look bad.They have plenty of grass,and water,feed pellets once a week.don`t no what to . :cry2: :cry2:

What values would you get from feeding watermelons to your cows ? Would it just fill them up or would they gain from them . My cows love Watermelons ,and I can get all the culls I want. at no cost

I bought 5, 350 lb. heifer calves raised them ,bred them,at 16 months old to a borrowed bull.They all calved this year.they keep the pasture clean,and a good tax write off,if I break even I`m ahead because I don`t have to cut the pasture any more,and I love to mess with them as a hobby.Get some...

Had a calf born on April 4th 2011,two front tits kept getting larger,after about 4 weeks put her in headcatch and worked with them until I got milk to start coming.I put calf on her right then ,and the calf started sucking both tits.No more problems.

I have 5 cows that have just had calves,the bull is in the pasture with them.Will they be ok in the same pasture,if so when will they breed back? :|
