That is the problem with this whole thread. Yall can't get past the the emotions when you read... 5yr old driving skid steer kills 3 yr old... to think about the bigger picture from a logical perspective. Yall have to blame some thing... hell lets blame the skid steer. It's the same emotion that blames the gun when some one gets shot.

I've operated skid steers, and I stand by my statement that no 5-year-old should be.
