That's a new one.
Back in the '80s our rodeo was rained out, but we still had it just no specialty act. 6" of mud/water on top of the arena. The rodeo chair at the time offered cowboys a chance at $100, who could ride a scoop shovel the fastest around the arena behind a running horse.
