I'd say they would have a future anywhere. They look like they are darn good cattle. The first are up for auction here in Australia this coming week.

Australian cattlemen have been the first to recognise the merits of Sanga cattle outside of Africa. I remember the veterinary group assesing the established breeds in the 70's leading to the importation of Tuli,Boran and Mashona into Australia.

I think brisket also refers to the breast area of cattle.
