First calf heifer with hardly any milk

First calf heifer had her calf almost 2 weeks ago. Heifer did not have much of an udder and does not appear to be letting down her milk. Calf is stealing milk from another first calf heifer that calved. Any suggestions? Do you think she will eventually give more milk? She is not in poor condition.

Bottle feed the calf and hope the heifer comes into milk. After 2 weeks I sure wouldn;t expect her to. If she doesn;t come into milk, send her to the kill pen at the sale barn.

Give her a shot of oxytocin, might be too late now but it's worth a try.
