Look at the forum index and chose the forum that best fits your planned post.
Click on that title and you'll see the index of threads in that forum.
You have two ways of initiating the post you are making.
1. Look at the top far right and you will see a Post Thread button.
2. The 2nd way is to look at the index of threads and at the top a line for a title to a post.
I find that option 2 is the easiest.
3. Once that is filled out the message box will open and your message can be inserted. Once done, use the Post Thread button to finish.
