I have had a bull in with my 2 heifers and 1 cow for 2 months now. He is going home in a few days (Feb 21st), and my cattle are due for their vaccines in March. I give Cavalry 9 (killed vaccine) per vets recommendations, and also a pour on dewormer. Do you think it is safe to still run them through the chute and vaccinate/deworm them being that they have just been bred? I have heard of cattle aborting calves before if they are stressed out. They are pretty gentle cattle and are really easy going. I don't think it'll rile them up at all but I wanted to seek out advice. Thank you in advance!
