This was my thought too, looking purely at pedigree. However a visual often tells another story as I think @Travlr is correct in saying…breeding pedigree only, does not necessary check the right boxes.

We don’t often get a baldy! But today a blue roan commercial (2nd calver) delivered this little sweetie. 92 lbs. of pretty cute🥰 Last year’s calf was a blue roan so this was a bit of a surprise!

My vote was a single calf. We did not consider size when we passed the pic here at home…single or twins was the question to the room. To me she looks contentedly well fed and getting close.

It is funny how there is this notion that a big girl may have twins…we do it here too so no judgement!😊 Often we discover the ones that look like twins just have a single and the ones we don't expect pop out twins. Can't wait to hear the results. Divided thoughts in this family…we expect a...
