2 month old calf drooling bubbles

Had mild scours for a day, 105.5 temp, gave scour bolus, Baytril and Draxxin. Gave probiotics and Kaopectate yesterday. Still strong after 4 days but still slobbering. A lot of mucous inside the mouth. No tooth problem. Vets not having answers. Anyone experienced this before?

Healthy Calves generally are super slobbery. It's generally when they're Dehydrated that their mouth isn't slobbery. Just personal experience 70 bottle calves a year plus or minus that number depending on the year.
