Corral panel $ question

We have a chance to pick up twelve 12' foot Powder River panels and 2 bow gates for $2000.00. All are in good condition and have the pins to connect them up.
We have a Powder River squeeze but recently lost the working pen panels. (Long story)
Seem like a fair price?
