$EN values on Angus cattle?

How much confidence do you put in the $EN epd on Angus cattle?
Do you pay much attention to it when buying a bull or female?

Not as much as in most the other EPD's. I know I'd never go to extreams either direction. Mature size can get out of hand in one direction and getting to high on EN value I would expect production to drop excessivly. I wouldn't sacrifice a prefered trait to take avantage of an EN value.

All $EN says is that more production (size-growth-milk) does have a cost.
