Grass-fed vs pasture fed vs grain fed ???

We have a beef that's raised from pasture, and it's not 100 percent grass-fed. They do a grain finish at the end, and it just makes for their beautiful pasture-raised product. A lot of the time, you see a grass-fed beef that can be kind of lean and not really good on the grill, but this stuff is just gorgeous."

So is it grass-fed or pastured fed? Or is it just like any other beef that is raised on grass/pasture and finished on grain?

Yes, and gorgeous. Didn't say if it was good on the grill, but that seems to be the implied message.

Go ask the official grass fed folks. They set the criteria for such claims.
