No it isn't and its interesting to see/watch how the herd dynamics change. When my old "Cookie" was buried earlier this year things sure did change. At this point I have 2 that have taken over her position, these two appear to have different "jobs". They have split the leadership position. Has caused me to also change-up how I do certain things.
