Mike Thomas took over as our new AD here at Illinois last August. Last Novemeber he fired head football coach Ron Zook. Last week he fired the women's head basketball coach Jolette Law. Yesterday he fired men's head basketball coach Bruce Weber. Interesting times around here.

I think Bruce is a really good guy and he probably made it an easy task for the new AD. He may have bought him a custard at Jarlings also.

Maybe we can get one of those cut throat coaches that everyone seems to want. They will hate them in a few years when they find out they can't get all of the best players and win all of the tough games :cowboy:
