Looking for suggestions on the best AI school/ classes in or around Kansas. I am located in north central Kansas and have already reached out to the ones nearest me just waiting to hear back. Are there any other good ones in surrounding states I can look into?

Check with your local major stud service, they've been doing them for 50 years and all the classes are pretty much the same.

Definitely Graham. They do have a long waiting list but are top notch. Best friend went a few years ago and loved it. One alternative is to check with your local extension because there may be smaller classes that aren't as advertised.
