Has any one had one that blades started hitting each other. At first I thought the shaft had some how jumped a tooth. Now I think the blades and or bolts are worn allowing them to hit one another. Has this happened to any one else?

Put it out of it's misery. What is your time worth? In the end the price of your time and what ever other medical attention that calf will require will not equal your return. I'm with several others, when it gets warmer and flies start infection will cause a slow miserable death for that calf.

The count and vitality of the sexed semen is gonna be lower compared to non sexed semen. I think due to that you will more than likely end up with the same number of less desirable calves. Whether they be bull calves or clean up calves. You will save money and get better semen with non sexed semen.
